Bob Handles ItProgram. Bob Handles It sends account, appointment, and care-coordination text messages to patients and caregivers who provide a mobile number and opt in.
How you opt in. During account signup, you enter a mobile number and check a consent box that reads: "I agree to receive automated text messages about this account and appointments from Bob Handles It at the number provided. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Your consent (name, number, and timestamp) is recorded.
Message types. Appointment reminders and confirmations, medical-record and request status updates, and account/security notifications.
Frequency. Varies with your care activity — typically a few messages per week.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email support@bobhandlesit.com.
